Using Resonate

You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for your account and for the information you add. Only add information about other people that you have a legitimate reason to keep, and do not use Resonate to harass, stalk, spam or discriminate against anyone.

Your content

You own what you add. You give us permission to store and process it to operate the service, including sending text you log to our AI provider to produce notes, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Community Orbits

Club admins are responsible for whom they approve and for how they use availability information shown to them. Availability is shown as aggregate counts unless you are a board member. Connecting Google Calendar is optional.

Beta service

The beta is provided "as is" and may change, break or be discontinued. Do not rely on it as the only copy of important information.

Ending your use

You may stop using Resonate and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Resonate is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the beta, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, which for the beta is zero.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
